Agenda

Our breakfast meetings are structured in such a way as to generate the most business for our members. This is a tried and tested method which has been shown over time to provide the best possible results for all involved. Here is the structured meeting agenda.

6.45am for 7am start

We arrive from 6:15 - 6.45am for a strict 7am start. Coffee, tea and fruit juice is flowing whilst members chat about what they have been doing during the past week and meet visitors.

7am - It starts

Visitors are formally welcomed and everyone helps themselves from the breakfast buffet. There is a choice of continental and traditional full English breakfast.

7.15am - Education slot

The Education slot takes place near the start of every BNI meeting. It is an opportunity for the group to learn or refresh ideas for better networking. (Click here for more information)

7.20am - Members 60 seconds

The Leadership team introduces themselves and also the Membership Committee, Visitor Hosts and Education Co-ordinator. The Membership Co-ordinator runs through the Worthing BNI protocol and figures, all members are given 60 seconds to describe their business and to ask for specific leads and referrals. 8:00am - 10 minute speaker

At every meeting one of the members is given 10 minutes to tell the other members more about their business so other members have a better idea of what it is he or she actually does and what services they offer. (Who's up next?)

8:15am - The referral round

This is the time of the meeting where you can offer and receive referrals from other members or visitors. The referrals are written on a referral slip and given to the member to follow up later that day.

8.30am - meeting closes

After a successful meeting people catch up with last minute business deals and head of to their normal days work with spring in their step.
